10 Methods To Surfing Blocked Sites
So you’re at work or school and you want to check your profile or watch a YouTube video. Lo and behold, it’s blocked. Now you have two options – be productive or try and bypass the filter. Usually one would choose the latter, but how would you do that? Here’s some options
1  UltraSurf
 Thish is my first choice

This has recently become my favorite software tool for bypassing blocked web sites. UltraSurf is seriously one of the best tools for the job. There is no install, so download the “exe” file onto a USB drive and run it whenever you need it. When you open it up, it will open Internet Explorer with the UltraSurf homepage. From there the web is your oyster. But why do I like it so much? First of all, it’s fast, it routes you through a possible three servers so you get highly reliable speeds. Second, it uses IE which is what you have if you’re on IT lockdown, so it doesn’t look suspicious and you don’t need to have two different browsers open at the same time. Also, since it uses your existing browser, things like Flash and Java will work like normal. Once you close UltraSurf it will erase your history and cookies. [Windows]
2 XeroBank
The xB Browser is a whole web browser based on FireFox portable. It routes you via the Tor network. The down side? The Tor Network can be a bit slow and unreliable, but for the most part it looks and works just like a regular FireFox portable installation. It deletes all traces after exit. XeroBank also offers a monthly plan for their private, faster network.
3 WebToMail
This one is interesting. If you have access to email, you have access to WebToMail. Just send an email to send@webtomail.co.cc with the URL as the subject and wait a few minutes and you’ll get an email with the web page. Unfortunately, it won’t work with sites that you need to login to, or websites with Flash or Java, but works with most other pages.

There are literally thousands of proxy sites on the web. There are also sits that list proxy servers. Fact: 99.9% of them are blocked and the rest are going to be blocked by any decent filtering software. So you can host your own proxy with software like Glype proxy but for the most part they really don’t work too well.

If you’ve been sick, gone, or needed to access any of your computers from another computer, you know how infuriating it can be. It can make you want to throw your mouse across the room, or worse. But before you turn to throwing mice, try some of these easier solutions to access and control your computer remotely.
 A LogMeIn
Out of every remote access service I’ve used, this one is by far the simplest. You simply sign up for a free account at LogMeIn and download a small program on the computer you want to remote-control and presto. You can now remotely access that computer from any other computer with Java.There is also an ActiveX control for Internet Explorer and a plug-in for Firefox that gives you a bit more control (faster, better image quality, etc.) over the remote access. LogMeIn’s free version is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, it has its limitations though. First of all, only three computers can be part of any one account if the free version is being used. You also can’t transfer files from one computer to another. If you want some of these more advanced features, you are going to have to shell out about $70 a year per PC or Mac.
B uVNC (Windows only)
uVNC (that u stands for Ultra) is extremely full featured and easy to set up. The quality of the image coming across is wonderful, it feels as if you’re sitting right there in front of the computer. Full of awesome features, one of the most useful ones is file transfers, where you can drag and drop files on to the remote computer. Another nice feature is to be able to chat with the user of the other computer – this especially good if you are collaborating on a project or giving support. My only two gripes about uVNC is that 1) it can be a bit of a drag to connect to a remote computer. You need to type in the IP and port settings and ACK! Nothing beats just clicking on the computer name and not having to worry about dynamic IPs or anything like that. Also 2) some anti-virus software apps will not let you use it.
C FolderShare (Windows and Mac)
FolderShare’s motto is “keep your latest files with you, no matter which computer you’re using.” and that is exactly what it does. The general setup process is similar to LogMeIn: download a small setup file, create an account, and presto, you’re done. To access your files you simply navigate to FolderShare, login and… wait a minute! It says I can’t access my computer! Don’t worry, you see the little blue F in the lower right hand corner of the screen? Right click and under ‘more’ click ‘Settings’, under ‘computer information’, there is a check box that says “Allow remote access to this computer” simply check it, click ‘OK’ and you’re done. You can now download any file on your computer from any other computer. This feature compliments LogMeIn free, giving you access to your files. But wait there’s more! A very useful feature of FolderShare is the ability to create “libraries” both public and personal. Public library allows anyone or just the people you specify, to view and download (or even upload) to that folder. This is great for sharing pictures with family or collaborating on a project. Personal libraries give you the ability to sync that folder between two computers. This is absolutely great for anyone who uses two or more computers regularly, you set a folder in say My Documents (or just Documents on a Mac) and tell FolderShare you want to make a personal library and that folder will be the same on all of the computers. it also works great for bypassing blocked sites. Simply log on to your home computer with LogMeIn’s Java viewer or whatever else you use and browse the internet from your own computer! It might lag a bit, but it works great! You can also use any software on your computer, too.
6 GOLDEN BROWSER
So, since you are reading these words it means that you got access blocked to the website you want to visit. What can I say, it's a bad situation but there is nothing to worry about! Since there is a golden browser, software which will solve your problem within several seconds and the main, it will solve it absolutely for FREE! What is a golden browser? Golden browser it is a browser which opens any blocked site immediately and without any problem! Moreover, you do not need to have any technical knowledge or skills; the interface of golden browser and its usage are so simple that it can be used even by a child!

For those blocked sites, you can visit them directly with some free anti-censorship tools:
A . Free online proxy websites
For online proxy websites, you don’t need to download or install anything, just open them with your computer browsers and enter the URLs of those blocked sites, which you can visit directly then.Although online proxy websites are very easy to use, most of them display pop-up ads when you are opening a site.
B. Free proxy softwares
For proxy softwares, you need to download and / or even install them in your computer.Most of those proxy softwares are free without any ads, and have larger traffic limit than online proxy websites.
C. Free VPN services
Proxy softwares are only workable for those applications (such as browsers) you want to use to unblock the censorship, and VPN services will workable for all the programs run in your computer.Some VPN services ( such as these 5 ) require download and installation, while some others ( such as these 3 ) don’t.Besides the above three kinds of anti-censorship tools, you can also use SSH services, but most of which are not free, and I haven’t found any excellent free ones, so this way will be excluded here.Among all the above free anti-censorship tools, it’s hard to say which one is the best, since all of them may be blocked some day, you need to test and find out which one is workable for you best.If all the above anti-censorship tools or their websites are blocked, then how to get access to blocked sites directly? You can search Google and find some other ones, or you can use below indirect ways:
8. Access Blocked Sites Indirectly
Instead to enter the URLs in your browser address bar, you can get access to blocked sites indirectly with below three tools for free:
A . Google Cache
Web cache is a snapshot of a page, you can visit the cache of the blocked sites if them will display in Google search result pages.You just need to search the sites or their URLs, then click the “Cached” link on the result page.
B. Google Translate
With Google Translate, you just need type the URL of the blocked site, and select a language, then you can view the blocked site in the translated language.And you can also read the original language on the same translation result page.
C. RSS Reader
Most of the sites offer RSS feeds now, which you can subscribe and read them with your RSS Reader ( Such as Google Reader).For those sites without RSS Feed supports, you can generate RSS Feeds for them with Page2RSS, and then subscribe with your RSS Reader.All blocked sites can be unblocked with the above methods, but if you have any other ways to access blocked sites, share with us by leaving a comment. 9 Method
Click start on the bottom of the computer screen, then hit Run. You can also hold the Start key and press the R key.There will be a text-box where you can type commands. Type in cmd. Type ping www.website.com, where website is the website name. (Without the http:// and www.) Get the IP address. You will see an IP address in []'s (ie. [192.168.1.1]). Copy the code and type it into the Url bar in your browser.

Go to Google   In the search box, "type cache:website.com" (without quotes), where website is the site name and hit Enter.Google will take automatically take you to the previously saved version of that website.
