Reduce the Bandwidth
Click on the start button> search bar >Type gpedit.msc > press enter > Then Local Group Policy Editor >Group Policy > Computer configuration > Administrative Templates.> Network.> Q0S Packet Scheduler.> double click on Limit reservable Bandwidth option.>Click on enable button in Limit reservable Bandwidth menu. Then reduce the Bandwidth by 0%.> Click on apply button> Then restart your computer.

TCP Optimizing
Download SG TCP Optimizer. > double-click and it will run> General Settings>drag the slider to match your connection’s download speed. Then, at the bottom of the same window, select the “Optimal Settings” radio button and click “Apply Changes”.
Make sure that the “Backup” tick box is ticked and then click OK.All that’s left is to reboot your system, in order to apply the changes. You will be prompted to do so.Once your system has rebooted, surf around for a while. If for whatever reason you feel your connection has been affected negatively, then fear not, for the changes you made can be undone. Start SG TCP Optimizer, click File and choose restore backed up settings. This will bring up a dialog box where you can navigate to where you downloaded the program. There, you will find a file with the extension .spg with a filename containing the date.

Decrease the size of your cache
By default, your Internet Explorer cache is too large. Decreasing its size will help you speed up your browser. Here is how it’s done:
1. Click on the Tools button and go to Internet Options
2. Now go to the General tab
3. Under Browsing history, click on the Settingsbutton
4. In the window that appears, set the disk space to something like 50MB. Technically, you can set the cache size to as low as 8MB, but that will make the cache useless.
5. Click OK to apply the changes
Optimize Your Browser
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Internet Settings" in your registry editor and change "MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server” and “MaxConnectionsPerServer" to 10 or greater. Restart your browser for the change to take effect

Close the browser
You can also configure Internet Explorer to delete Temporary Internet Files automatically every time you close the browser. This handy option is very easily enabled:

2. Navigate to the Advanced tab
3. Find the Settings list and scroll down to the Security section
4. Check the Empty Temporary Internet Files Folder When Browser is Closed option
5. Click OK and you’re done
